Stains on My Khanga

A mix of short stories and poetry related to life in Tanzania and focusing on gender relationships and their power dynamics. I'm not usually a fan of poetry but I really enjoyed this. Lots of words in Swahili included in the text, which I periodically stopped to look up, only to find a glossary at the end once I'd finished. Oops. :)
