How to use the world map to find books

Two types of maps are used on the challenge website:

the reading progress map, which you will find in your profile marked as “map” or “progress map”. This map contains only the countries you have read and its purpose is to display your progress.
the second type of map is marked as “world map“. It contains all the countries in the world. Use this map to find books for the next journey of your reading challenge.

How to use the “world map”?

To find books written by authors from a given country, all you need to do is click on that country on the world. Countries colored green have books recommended for the challenge while those countries that are white on the map do not have any books recommended yet.

NOTE: If you have read any books from the white countries (currently without recommended books) be sure to recommend the books as other participants of the challenge will be struggling to find books for that part of their reading journey. We appreciate the help.
