This was not the book for me. It was shocking and rough with no payoff of new insites, thoughts or perspectives. It also wasn't quite concise enough to be a short story collection nor cohesive enough to be a novel. I'm not sure what it was aiming for but I don't think I was the intended audience and that's okay.
