Insightful, though not recommended to those with health anxiety. As this was published in 2003, it's a little outdated now. I didn't appreciate the criticism of psychology, yet psychology is at the heart of the book, and the suggestion men tend to have more power in a relationship, kind of rubbed me up the wrong way, but I've made so many notes and will hopefully take some of it forward with me.
